Mr. drs. W. de Vries joined our firm in 2002. He studied Dutch law and Science & Technolgy Studies. Before being sworn in as a lawyer, Wiebe worked in forensic science and witness expertise, and did an internship at a forensic investigation institute abroad.
Wiebe specializes in criminal tax law. He assists clients who have to deal with the FIOD (in particular) and who are suspected of fraud (customs and tax fraud, embezzlement, forgery, corruption) and money laundering. He also works on confiscation cases (‘strip ‘em’ law) and has a great deal of knowledge of fine law and evidence law.
