Complaints
We take complaints from our clients extremely seriously. If you are not satisfied with the way our lawyers have assisted you, we would very much appreciate it if you would let us know. This gives us the chance to improve our service even more.
If you have a complaint, you can contact our Office Director. This can be done by telephone, e-mail or in writing.
We are members of the Complaints and Dispute Settlement Scheme for the Legal Profession. If your complaint does not result in a solution, you can contact the Complaints Commission for the Legal Profession. You can find more information about this here.
Satisfied clients
After we have completed handling your case, we would like to know what went well and what can be improved. Therefore, we send our clients a questionnaire form, at random, about our services. If you have not received one of these forms but would like to share your experiences with us, please send us an e-mail and we will forward you a form.
