Mr. J.J. (Jurgen) Scheltema graduated with distinction from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in tax law on the subject of inversion. His thesis “A successful appeal to the administrative or criminal disclosure scheme by the tax advisor as a participant in tax offenses” received high marks. In addition to his education, Jurgen has completed several legal internships in both tax and competition law.
Jurgen grew up with the legal profession, but also studied business administration before starting his law studies. With the same enthusiasm and tenacity as he completed this course, he assists our clients who face the tax authorities or the FIOD.
